1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT/BST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Track your order anytime in your account or via the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. Redelivery fees may apply if the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

  • For lost packages (confirmed by the courier), we will issue a full refund or resend the order at no extra cost.

7. Dispatch & Delivery Notes

  • We dispatch from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

  • Most items are sent via Royal Mail or DPD depending on size and service selected.

  • Large or heavy orders may be sent via alternative couriers.

  • We reserve the right to split orders into multiple shipments if necessary (you will only be charged once for shipping).
